CANCELLATION POLICY

IN WHICH PERIOD CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Returns and exchanges are very straightforward with us. Bought the wrong thing? You don't like what you ordered? The post office damaged something? Simply send the goods, well packaged, to this address within the return period (4 weeks after receipt of the goods):

After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer. In the event of a complaint due to defective goods, please always contact our customer service (contact@urban-pieces.com) before returning the goods. If the return is necessary, we will reimburse you for the costs. In all other cases, this is not possible. In the event of a return, a full refund (if the entire order is returned) or a partial refund (if partial orders are returned) will be made. The prerequisite for this is that the goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price if necessary.

Refunds will be processed within twenty-one days or from the day on which we receive the goods along with the completed cancellation form. We will use the same means of payment for these refunds as you used for the original transaction .
